2. Acceptance of conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to any and all agreements and legal relations pursuant to which Styletax acts as supplier of items.
3. Prices
All prices are including any VAT due. In some cases, you may be asked to pay custom duties at the time of delivery. Styletax cannot be held responsible for the custom fees. Purchase agreements are concluded with natural persons not acting in the course of a profession or business only. Therefore, any VAT charged will not at any time be refunded.
4. Delivery costs
All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs. Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order.
5. Inaccuracies
Styletax will not be required to execute an order or compensate a buyer for any loss if Styletax made a mistake when presenting the item, formulating its characteristics or stating its price, and:
i) when it should have been clear to the buyer that such involved a printing error; or
ii) if the buyer should not in reasonableness have relied on it under the given circumstances that Styletax would or could deliver such item with those characteristics for that price.
6. Cancellation of purchase agreement / refund policy
6.1) CancellationThe buyer will be entitled to cancel or dissolve the purchase agreement during the seven working days following receipt of the item in question at the delivery address. In order to cancel or dissolve the agreement, the buyer must report the item at return@Styletax.com within seven working days of receipt of the item at the delivery address. Any direct costs incurred to return the item are to be borne by the buyer. If the purchase agreement is dissolved, the buyer will be entitled to a refund of the amount he/she paid Styletax minus the initial shipping costs (Styletax does not refund delivery charges billed by Styletax for a product delivered in good condition that is exchanged or reimbursed). Such amount will in any case be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation or dissolution. The return right cannot be applied to blind boxed designer toys unsealed by the customer. When the products sent back are uncompleted, damaged, or dirty by the customer, there will not be a refund.
6.2) Incomplete orderIn the event that we are unable to deliver a product, the Styletax Customer Service will contact the client. If the requested product is unavailable, A similar product with about the same price will be offered. If the client refuses, Styletax refunds the purchase price of the product as well as applicable delivery charges for that product (including taxes).
6.3) Defective productEach product that Styletax sells is checked for any irregularities before sending it off. If you still manage to detect any damage and / or other errors you can send mail to order@styletax.com
We will read the comments that you have made and assess it. If everything points towards a poor quality product, you can return the faulty product at the expense of Styletax.
Styletax reimburses the portion of delivery charges relating to the defective product purchased online by the client.
If you get a product that does not meet the specifications of your order, you can send an e-mail to order@styletax.com and we will check our records and try to find out what went wrong. When the fault lies with us then you can send the product back, We will compensate you for the extra shipping costs.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law will apply to any and all legal relations between Styletax and the buyer, regardless of th e country from where the order is placed.
8. Intellectual property
All of this website, and all the rights pertaining to it, are the property of Styletax. Any full or partial reproduction thereof is subject to the owners' consent. However, hypertext links to the website are authorized without submission of a specific request.
